On August 11th, Sama Beirut, an anticipated landmark project, launched at the Eau De Vie at the InterContinental Phoenicia Hotel under the patronage of our Minister of Interior and Municipalities Ziad Baroud. Sama Beirut is a skyscraper project that will be located in the Sodeco area 50-stories high gracing Beirut’s sky. The project aims to be an investment hub due to its proximity to Downtown Beirut and being a shopping center. Not to mention, residential apartments will be included.

It’s also environmentally-friendly preserving trees and green around the parameter. Many key political figures attended the launching dinner to show their support for this massive architectural development including Tourism Minister Elie Marouni, General Manager of the Ministry of Tourism Nada Sardouk and many others. A miniature Sama Beirut was displayed for a sneak peak at the project which will be in full force in 2014. The Head of Antonios Projects and the Developer of Sama Beirut Fadi Antonios expressed his pride in his work stressing on the importance of having such a landmark in Lebanon.
