Automobile and Touring Club of Lebanon honored the Lebanese businessman Carlos Ghossn for his achievements in the car industry during a reception in his home in Kaslik on August 27th. Many attended the ceremony including the Minister of Interior and Municipalities Ziad Baroud, Minister of the Displaced Raymond Audi, representative of the commander in chief the General Michel Nhass and the President of the Club Fouad Al Khazen. Friends of Ghosn and family members attended as well to show their support. Al Khazen gave a speech about Ghosn explaining how Ghosn made Lebanon proud. He was awarded an honorary membership shield by Al Khazen.

Currently, Ghosn is the CEO and President of Renault in France and Nissan of Japan. One of his most notable achievements was his work in pulling Nissan out of debt and reviving the company. Ghosn is not only a Lebanese icon, but also admired in the business industry worldwide.
