Bazalt Boutique Bar is a new concept and addition to the numerous pubs in Gemmayzeh. It’s located in Mar Mikhael and has more to offer than drinks and specialty meals.

This cozy place is a unique concept in pubs; you can enjoy drinks, eat the food and also dazzle your eyes with jewelry and accessory pieces showcased by Bazalt. It’s a gallery-meets-pub type of place. The interior is dominated by a light wooden brown that provides the visitors with a sense of comfort and style.

Bazalt’s future plan is to support local designers and display their artwork transforming the place, at times,  into an exhibition. The latest exhibition was the Organic Stimulus Art show by Hoda Fadel on October 29th. Fadel’s painting creations are portraits of her world, “I paint the fine line between me and the world.” She also explores aesthetic language on canvas. Fadel is also an international artist that has exhibited her work in San Francisco, Oakland and Sausalito

Make sure to drop by Bazalt Boutique Bar for some drinks or when an exhibition is held; it’s unique, stylish and an open venue for local talents.
