The time has come for a new addition to the list of bars that make Lebanon’s Night Scene so fabulous. Noir is a Gemmayzeh bar and restaurant on top of the Andalusia Building all the way up to the 7th Floor. The interior is made up of silver and black shiny furniture with multicolored lighting creating a spaceship-style design. Stepping into Noir gives you a feel of a futuristic Disco club with the red, orange and yellow lighting that switch rapidly.
