Dian Al Qalam launched the 2010 Festival of Lebanese Creativity on March 30th at UNESCO Palace which centers around publication houses in Lebanon and the Middle East. The ceremony also included the honoring of Joseph Al Raidy Al Doueihy amongst many politicians and intellectuals. This comes part of Beirut being the Book Capital of the World.
