Lebanon breaks Guinness Record for largest Hummus, Tabouleh

On two consecutive days, the 24th and the 25th, in collaboration with the Association of Lebanese Industrialists A.L.I., Syndicate of Lebanese Food Industries and International Fairs and Promotion and under the patronage of the Ministry of Tourism, Elie Marouni, Saifi Market hosted an event where giant plates were prepared with servings of Tabouleh and Hummus breaking the Guinness World Record for largest servings of both.

The event’s purpose was to reaffirm the Lebanese proprietorship of the Tabouleh and Hummus. The Mega event attracted many people to witness this global sighting.
